Once Again, BIden Trips Up the Stairs While Boarding Air Force One

THE SIGNAL

President Joe Biden was seen stumbling up the stairs of Air Force One as he was heading back to Washington, D.C., after his trip to Poland and Ukraine.
Biden fell about halfway up the stairs as he was boarding the plane at Warsaw Chopin Airport. He gave a quick wave before entering the cabin.

This is not the first time Biden has had difficulty with the ascent into Air Force One. In March 2021, the president tripped repeatedly ahead of a flight to Georgia after fracturing his foot and having to wear a boot for weeks. White House communications staff members downplayed the incident, saying that weather conditions had them almost falling, too.
Concerns over Biden’s health and age have become ammunition for political opponents heading into the 2024 election. The president has hinted that he intends to run for a second term in 2024, when he would be 82.

He completed his checkup at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Thursday after completing part of it in 2022. The delay was attributed to the president’s travel schedule.

The president’s physical exam report declared him a “healthy, vigorous, 80-year-old male” and that he remained fit for duty as he completed tasks “without exemptions or accommodations.”
Biden had a scheduled visit in Poland, but he made an unannounced stop in Ukraine to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to reaffirm America’s commitment to helping the country as it fights against Russia.
