Two Chicago youths who stole a vehicle that crashed into a pickup truck, killing a 6‑month-old baby while injuring three others, will only be charged with misdemeanors.

The two males, aged 14 and 17, will receive no charges for the tragic death of the baby, according to Fox 32 Chicago.

The crash occurred in the West Garfield Park neighborhood’s 4400 block of West Washington Boulevard on Sunday, April 16, at around 5:06 p.m.

Local resident Shawn Walker captured the horrific crash on surveillance.
